Position: Game Programmer (Full-time, Remote)

 

Requirements

  • Passionate about making and playing games.

  • A minimum of 3+ years experience in working with Unity Game Engine.

  • Fluent in C#

  • A good grasp of Playfab Networking Solution.

  • Fearless and self-motivated to explore various areas of game development.

 

Responsibility

  • Implement and maintain various modules including UI, Game-play, and Tools.

  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth production and an amazing game-play experience.

  • Rally the Ogre Head's core value i.e 'Game-play is KING!'

 

 

Bonus

  • Experience in console development namely Play Station, Nintendo Switch, or Xbox.

  • Computer Science, Engineering or related degrees.

Position: Animator (Freelance or Full-time(Remote))

Requirements

  • PASSION FOR VIDEO GAMES!

  • +3 Year experience in animating characters for games.

  • Legendary skills in animating humans as well as other organic creatures. We make games inspired by Indian myth, characters with 4 hands are default so, beware!

  • Able to communicate effectively with other departments and team members.

  • Must be able to problem-solve.

  • Understand the Ogre Head Style and push it to new limits!

Responsibility

  • Animating characters, creatures, props for games.

  • Understand and push the limits of the visual style.

  • Communicate with other departments including Art, Production, and Development. 

 

 

Bonus

  • Shipped AAA PC or console/ Mobile game titles as an Animator.

  • Superb 2D Animation skills.

  • Skill in Rigging 3D models.

Position: Concept Artist & Illustrator (Full time, Remote)

Requirements

  • PASSION FOR VIDEO GAMES!

  • Skills to quickly iterate on ideas and complete them to an illustrated asset.

  • Knowledge of visual principles like form, shape, composition, and design.

  • A deep understanding of lighting and color.

  • Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other departments and team members.

  • Self-motivated and able to work.

  • Ability to receive and provide feedback.

  • Create concept art and illustration of characters, environments, and story elements.

  • Create UI assets.

  • Collaborate and communicate with the entire development team.

  • Interests in other areas of Art - Modelling, animation, etc).

Requirements

  • Knowledge of visual principles like form, shape, and anatomy

  • Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other departments/team members.

  • Self-motivated and able to work.

  • Ability to receive and provide feedback.​

  • Create game-ready 3D characters and environments.

  • Collaborate and communicate with the entire development team.

Position: Game Designer (Freelance or Full-time, Remote)

Requirements

  • Passion for creating and playing video games!

  • Skills to design complex systems for games from varied genres.

  • Excellent ability to communicate and document game design features.

  • Proficient at Unity Game Engine to integrate assets, grey-box and undertake other tasks.

  • Proficient at Adobe XD to create mock UX & UI flow.

  • Basic to advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibility

  • Design game systems and oversee its implementation process with the team in the game.

  • Document game design features and ideas concisely

  • Develop prototypes using pen-n-paper and digital techniques.

  • Communicate & brain-storm game design features with the team in a collaborative manner.

  • Play-test and balance games.

  • Gather feedback and inputs from play-test sessions and address them appropriately.

  • Grey-box level design.

  • Integrate art assets including UI in Unity.

Bonus

  • Basic understanding of programming language such as C# or equivalent.

  • Keen interest in narrative writing.

  • Basic knowledge of 3D softwares such as 3DS Max or Maya.
